Q: What payment options do I have?
A: For local orders, there is a choice of either Bank Transfer, Cheque, or PayPal. International orders will have an option of online payment through PayPal.

Q: What delivery options are there for local orders?
A: We offer Normal Postage and Registered Postage. We will not be held liable for any loss or non-delivery of items by the act, mis-delivery, non-delivery of the postal service (Refer to Terms and conditions for more details). For a more secured option, we recommend using Registered Postage, (which can be arranged for an additional fee of S$2.30).

Q: What is your exchange policy like?
A: We STRICTLY do not allow monetary refunds. We do not do returns/exchanges on the premise of colour variation between the actual product and the product’s image in the online site, neither do we entertain returns/exchanges because of wrongly taken measurements by the customer. We do not return/exchange items that have been damaged during delivery. We will uphold to standards and inspect that item that is handed over to the Postal Service is of working condition and non-defective, soiled, or dirty. We do however allow exchanges only to genuine cases of defect of our goods on the part of Style Damsel. If the goods are truly defected on our side, we will allow exchanges or store credits of equivalent value or higher.

A: Because of its plausibly logistical nightmare, all items under “Budget” will be sold only in Singapore.

Q: Why are your goods so costly? Why do you command such rates?
A: We chose our own fabrics. We designed our own goods. We sourced for our own production team. We paid a tidy sum for quality, whilst maintaining exclusivity and inject tonnes of creative juices and designer elements in our goods – in essence, we’ve got designer items but at a fraction of designer prices.
