General

• Style Guni reserves the rights in selecting which items gets to be put up on Style Guni for sale.
• Style Guni items are non-refundable or available for exchange after purchase.
• Style Guni reserves the rights to fix the selling price of the items, of which the proceeds of the sales will be split in a 40 – 60 ratio. The former (40%) of the share is for our keeping.
• Style Guni reserves the rights to undertake any necessary promotional activities, such as giving discount, without the need of any prior notice to the sellers of the said item(s).
• Once goods are sold the decision is final. Style Guni does not entertain any refunds/exchanges. It is the buyer’s onus to check all necessary information prior to committing to a purchase.

Selling

• All items that you decide to sell have to be in excellent condition, i.e. must be odour-free, no stains and without any wear and tear.
• No high-end branded items, i.e Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, etc are allowed to be sold on Style Guni.
• Selected items given to us will have to be with us for a maximum of 3 months, items not sold after the this stipulated maximum period shall be return to the owners at no fee. We will return the items on a meet-up basis, at a suitably convenient location and time.
• We do not accept scruffy-looking clothing, product imitations, sports shoes or training apparel, personal items like underwear, ear rings, watches, necklaces or bracelets of any kind.
• We generally accept Male and Female fashion articles, any pieces of beautiful artwork.
• We will allow the number of items to be collected to accumulate to a sizeable figure before we dispatch emails to inform sellers on the details of the meet up venue and time for collection, which will be to our discretion. Please bear with us as this plausibly logistical feat would mean that the designated meeting time and venue will be geared slightly towards our convenience.
• Style Guni only takes items from, and are only sold within Singapore.
• Payments will be made to sellers at the end of the month, and will be by DBS/POSB bank transfer only.
• Sellers are required to take photos of their items and have them emailed to info@styledamsel.com for review, and attention: Style Guni Seller. In the email please give a short description of the item and state the below following information, in the exact format below:

Also note that Style Damsel will take a cut off the final retail price when an item is sold in a 60-40 ratio, where we will keep 40%. So do let us know if your suggested selling price has already taken into consideration of this ratio or not.):

  We will then inform you on the items that are approved to be sold on Style Guni via email, and will arrange with you a suitable date and time to collect the merchandise from you. Also, kindly read and agree with the terms and conditions (http://styledamsel.com/stylet&c.php) before placing your items to sell on Style Guni.

Buying

• Buyer(s) purchasing from the StyleGuni section are bound by the same procedures, terms and conditions under that of www.styledamsel.com, including Payment Methods, Delivery.(this list is not exhaustive)
