Alteration Services

• We believe in a good fit, and that you deserve every bit of it. Style Damsel provides free alteration on our Style Damsel clothes only, and is not valid for Style Damsel bags, shoes, outerwear and accessories. This covers alteration for hem lengths only, and not for sizing alterations, etc. We DO NOT provide alteration services for our Style Guni products.
• It will be required of you to meet our Crew at a stipulated venue and time with the garment that needs to be altered so that proper handing over and instructions can be conveyed in a clear and concise manner. As such, meet ups are necessary.
• After the alteration is completed, the customer will fully bear the cost of mailing the altered garment from Style Damsel to your preferred (local) address.

Delivery

• All local delivery charges are free, for all purchases above S$50.
  
• International orders will be shipped via Registered Air Mail. Delivery time will vary depending on your country’s location and postal security checks. Rates will vary from location to location.
  
• We recommend sending your items by registered mail. Styledamsel will not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery caused by the act, default or omission of the external postage company. Our responsibility ends at the moment the package is handed over to the Postal Service.

Return/Exchange Policy

• We DO NOT allow returns on the premise that the clothes do not fit properly - it is the customer's onus to check that the measurements fit. We however, provide free alteration on our Style Damsel label. Please read the Alteration Services section for details.
• We DO NOT allow returns/exchanges on items sold under the Style Guni label.
• We do not entertain returns unless the defective(s) was incurred on our part. At Style Damsel, we practice stringent quality checks on all our merchandise so rest assured that this is a rare occurance. Style Damsel is not held liable for any damages/mishandling incurred during postage. As such, we ensure that all outgoing merchandise are checked prior to being handed over to the postal service. Style Damsel holds the discretion to decide if a product is fit for returns, and each claim is handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Colours of items displayed may vary slightly due to the resolution or settings of your monitor. Please read the description clearly and do not hesitate to email us if in doubt. Exchange/Returns on the premise of colour variation will not be entertained.
• Exchanges are valid for Style Damsel clothing if the purchased merchandise does not turn out the way you expected, or is of the wrong size. Exchanges are are valid for Style Damsel bags if a defect was truly borne on our part, like in the case of a Return.
• Exchanges are valid for other items of equal or greater value. If the new item is costlier, the price difference will be topped up by the customer.
• In the event that an exchange has been approved, we cannot guarantee that the exact design, colour, size of the merchandise in question will be available. All approved exchanges will be based on availability of merchandise at point of time.
• Returned/Exchanged items have to be returned to us by Registered Mail, and the cost of return will be fully borne by the customer.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges on garment that have been: altered, worned, washed, or damaged. There should be no stains (i.e. makeup) or any scents (i.e. perfume) and should be returned in its orignal condition with all labels and tags intact. Style Damsel has the final say whether the product in mention is valid for return/exchange.
• Any faulty returned item will be checked against our quality control records.
• The new, exchanged item's delivery, is however, not free, and the cost of shipping (local) will be fully borne by the customer

General

• We will examine wholesale enquiries on a case-by-case basis and as such if we suspect sabotage or any form of foul play, we hold the right to withdraw without penalty.
  
• StyleDamsel.com reserves the right to alter any of its products, prices, discounts, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  We hold copyright over all logos, images, graphics, and texts on our website and all rights are reserved.  None of the contents may be reproduced without our prior consent in writing.

Sales

• All prices stated on www.styledamsel.com are final, and there is no Goods and Service Tax (GST).
  We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if there is evidence of foul play.
• Payments are to be made within 3 business days after confirmation of order(s). If payments are not received within the stipulated period, item (s) will be automatically put back on sale and we hold all rights to remove the buyer from styledamsel forever if found guilty of deliberate fault.
• At styledamsel.com, we are stringent about the quality of our products. Stored credits or item exchanges of equivalent or higher value will be subjected to situations when if and only if the garment was truly defected on our part. Stored credits or item exchanges (due to garment defects) will be done only on a case by case basis.
• In the event a return/exchange is required, the customer bears the responsibility of delivering the defected goods to us, and that any losses are to be incurred by the customer. We urge the customer to choose a reasonably secure method of delivery, such as registered post. The delivery fee is to be fully borne by the customer.
